00:09 It's Dodge Durango Pursuit and I've got it parked in this skeezy alley between some warehouses
00:14 here because I'm really trying not to get arrested for impersonating an officer.

00:37 So I know what you're thinking because it's the first question that everybody wants to
00:40 know does everyone drive really slow around you?
00:44 And the answer is no actually.
00:45 I've been driving this thing for a week now and I've had people roll stop signs in front
00:49 of me, I had a couple different people come like flying up at me like 90 miles an hour
00:54 on the freeway and then slam on their brakes.
00:56 People aren't looking.
00:57 What is this right?
00:58 It's a police car so cop brakes, cop suspension, cop motor, all that.
01:01 So basically what you get from Dodge is your standard Durango V8 all wheel drive.
01:06 5.7 liter V8, 360 horsepower, 8 speed automatic, part time all wheel drive system.
01:13 Now this one's outfitted a little bit.
01:15 It has the light bar on it which works and the push bar on the front and all the lights
01:20 in the windows and things like that.
01:22 Now mechanical changes are really meant to make this thing more durable not to make it
01:26 any faster or anything else.
01:29 When you get this thing fully kitted out with all the gear, the laptop and the radio that
01:35 we don't have and the divider and everything else, it's going to be heavier than stock
01:40 so it's probably going to be a little bit slower.
01:42 We tested it right about 6.5 seconds to 60.
01:45 You know what was actually more impressive was the braking.
01:48 What's special about these brakes is that they don't fade.
01:51 Even with all this weight you stepped on them and they stopped every single time.
01:55 As far as you know, your office for the day goes, it's a pretty good place to be.
