00:00 How that singular focus will reshape our galaxy?
00:03 Just answer the question.
00:05 Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the questions the Disney
00:09 Plus series Ahsoka answered.
00:11 It is an unfortunate evil that speaks to a greater truth.
00:16 One must destroy in order to create.
00:21 Number 7.
00:22 Is it possible to travel to other galaxies?
00:25 We've long heard the opener.
00:26 A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.
00:32 Heck, we've even heard it on this show.
00:35 But what about in a galaxy right next to that galaxy far, far away?
00:39 Indeed, we've spent so much time hanging out in this galaxy that we've seldom wondered
00:43 about another one.
00:44 And once we learned that Ezra and Thrawn were taken out of the galaxy, we immediately wondered
00:49 if it was possible to travel such a distance.
00:52 This place was not built by the Jedi.
00:55 Whose work is it?
00:57 An ancient people from a distant galaxy.
01:03 Would you like to see it?
01:04 Obviously, the Purgle have such capabilities.
01:07 But can people on ordinary spacecraft with hyperspace components?
01:11 It turns out, yes, as Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth has constructed a hyperspace ring called the
01:16 Eye of Sion, which is successful in transporting her and her team to Peridia.
01:21 The Jedi Archive spoke of this place.
01:23 The end of the migration route used by the Star Whales as they traversed the void from
01:27 one galaxy to the other.
01:31 Number 6.
01:32 What caused Sabine and Ahsoka's falling out?
01:34 I realized there was more to it.
01:37 There was something else I was meant to do.
01:45 Ezra's out there somewhere.
01:48 And it's time to bring him home.
01:51 After the fall of the Empire, Rebels ends with Sabine going off with Ahsoka to find
01:55 Ezra.
01:56 But by the time we see Ahsoka again in The Mandalorian, she's once again on her own.
02:01 So a big question we had going into this series was what exactly caused the two to go their
02:06 separate ways?
02:19 We learn in the early episodes that Ahsoka had actually begun training Sabine in the
02:23 Jedi ways.
02:24 But this didn't go very far, presumably due to Sabine's relatively weak connection
02:29 with the Force.
02:30 However, the finale finally reveals that Sabine was greatly affected by the Great Purge of
02:35 Mandalore and Ahsoka feared what she might become if she used her nascent abilities for
02:40 revenge.
02:49 Number 5.
02:50 Did Balon Skull know Anakin Skywalker?
02:53 One of the most intriguing new characters Ahsoka introduced was Balon Skull, played
02:57 by the late, great Rey Stevenson.
03:08 Based on his age, we knew it was highly likely that Balon would have been around for the
03:12 Clone Wars and Order 66, him being a former Jedi.
03:16 We also knew that Anakin Skywalker would somehow play a part, this show centering on his former
03:21 Padawan.
03:33 So with Balon being a Dark Jedi with a connected past, it made sense that he might have known
03:38 Anakin to some degree.
03:40 While he clearly didn't know Anakin well enough to have met Ahsoka back then, Balon
03:44 does reveal to her that Anakin spoke highly of her.
03:57 Number 4.
03:58 Could a human be a Nightsister?
04:07 First appearing in the Clone Wars TV show, the Nightsisters introduced a mystical side
04:11 of Star Wars not often seen.
04:13 They primarily hailed from the planet Dathomir, whose dark energies they could manipulate
04:18 into magic.
04:19 This being a specific sect, it made sense that all the Nightsisters were Dathomirians
04:24 as a species, but we never knew if that was a prerequisite for harnessing their magical
04:28 abilities.
04:29 Apparently not.
04:38 Morgan Elspeth, first introduced in The Mandalorian, is a human who was previously a member of
04:54 the Nightsisters before they were massacred.
04:57 How Elspeth came to be a member of the Dathomirians is unclear, but she definitely retains some
05:03 of her abilities.
05:15 Number 3.
05:16 Has Ahsoka met Anakin's Force Ghost?
05:36 At the end of Return of the Jedi, after Darth Vader is killed and the Empire is defeated,
05:41 Anakin's Force Ghost appears at the celebration on Endor.
05:44 And in video releases since 2004, he's played by Hayden Christensen.
05:49 Knowing that Anakin's Force Ghost is out there, we wondered if he might have ever popped
05:53 by to check on his former Padawan.
06:02 At the end of the fourth episode, Ahsoka returns to the world between worlds, where she's
06:07 greeted by our former master.
06:12 It's a great moment as we finally get to see these two together in live action, but
06:18 Ahsoka's comment about Anakin's appearance leads us to believe this is their first reunion
06:23 since his death.
06:25 Number 2.
06:26 Can Sabine use the Force?
06:28 After the Rebels finale teased that Ahsoka might train Sabine, the Ahsoka series confirmed
06:33 it.
06:34 With the caveat that Sabine's connection to the Force is fairly weak.
06:38 Far weaker than the average Jedi, in fact.
06:49 Throughout the series, we see Sabine trying in vain to summon the Force, even on something
06:54 as innocuous as a cup.
06:56 But in classic Star Wars fashion, Sabine finally taps into it during the most dire of circumstances.
07:02 Since she and Ezra are facing off against the zombified Stormtroopers, she's able to
07:06 save herself from being suffocated by drawing in her lightsaber.
07:18 Shortly after, Sabine and Ezra pull off a classic Rebels move when the former Force
07:23 pushes the latter across the Divide and onto Thrawn's ship.

07:53 Number 1 - Where are Ezra and Thrawn?
08:02 This was the ultimate question leading into the series, as we were promised a resolution
08:06 to the cliffhanger that ended Rebels.
08:08 As you'll recall, Ezra indirectly defeated Thrawn and his forces by compelling the Purgle
08:13 to take them all through hyperspace.
08:26 With the Purgle being mysterious creatures already, it was anyone's guess as to where
08:30 they all went.
08:31 In the first episode of Ahsoka, the title character uncovers a map that leads to an
08:35 extragalactic planet known as Pyrrhidia, where the Purgle go to die.
08:40 When all of our heroes and villains arrive on the planet, we're finally reunited with
08:44 not only Thrawn, who's gathering forces, but also with Ezra, who has since ingratiated
08:49 himself with the native Noti population.
