Cher Accused of Kidnapping Son By Daughter-in-Law
Cher has been formally accused of kidnapping her own son, Elijah Blue Allman, from a hotel room he was sharing with his soon-to-be ex-wife Marie Angela King.

00:16 Elijah has had a complicated relationship with his wife, King, but the pair decided
00:21 to meet up in November of 2022.
00:24 After convening in a hotel room, the couple spent 12 days together before King alleges
00:28 four men entered the room and took Allman.
00:31 In court documents, King wrote, "I am currently unaware of my husband's well-being or whereabouts.
00:37 I am very concerned and worried about him.
00:40 Since August 2022, I have been told that I am not allowed to see or speak to Allman,
00:45 who is currently in lockdown at a treatment facility that is undisclosed to me."
00:49 It turns out that Allman had been suffering from addiction and substance abuse, and the
00:54 alleged kidnapping was an intervention to get Allman the help he needed.
00:58 King spoke on learning the intention of Cher in a statement given to the Daily Mail, saying,
