00:10 It is the 16th forum in the history of universities of the 3rd century in Lower Silesia due to the fact that almost every year we have been connecting these forums with the anniversaries of the universities in various parts of Lower Silesia.
00:29 Last year we were in Świdnica, this year we are in Trzebnica and we are here on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the University of the 3rd century in Trzebnica.
00:41 How many universities do we have here in Lower Silesia?
00:44 In Lower Silesia, we count it differently, so in our federation there are 27 universities already, but there are still a dozen that do not belong to this federation yet. These are smaller but also large, for example, universities that do not all belong.
01:03 The largest university in Lower Silesia belongs to us, which is the oldest at the same time, that is, the one at the University of Wrocław from Wrocław.
01:14 And this is really a university that will celebrate its 50th anniversary in two years, i.e. it was founded two years after the first in Europe, the University of the 3rd century.
01:23 And this is the largest and at the same time the oldest. But we also have universities from very small towns that have also joined the federation and have a few dozen people only, not a few hundred, as there.
01:36 So very different and also with different legal entities. These are associations, foundations, universities that were founded at universities, but also in local self-government units, somewhere near libraries.
01:52 In Grębocice, for example, there is such a 3rd century university, so everyone functions a little differently, but we meet every year, exchange experiences, often we carry out joint projects, we integrate, exchange experiences.
02:08 And the federation in general has such a goal to train the leaders of these 3rd century universities, because the leaders are getting old, naturally get old and change, and they are no longer as active as they used to be, so you just have to look for new ones to make them younger and younger, or more and more willing to work.
02:30 I was invited here to conduct such classes, just from drawing and painting. I would like to tell you, so to speak, seniors, our beloved, and I love them very much, because they have incredible knowledge and love.
02:49 I would like to pass on a little of this knowledge that I have, maybe not at the level of Leonardo da Vinci, but I have it somehow and I would like them to show me how to paint, how to draw.
03:09 Maybe I will instill in them such a passion at this age, right? And maybe they will go somewhere in this direction and maybe I will be able to buy their work, not them, mine, but me and them.
03:22 The theatre of dance is such a theatre that has no limits. We do not use ballet, some knowledge, because everyone has brought it somewhere throughout their life, but we create theatrical performances, where the content is important, the movement and, above all, our emotions.
03:44 And it is very difficult for older people to suddenly produce emotions that were somewhere in the middle. And we do it. By choosing such a cool, interesting music, we create interesting performances.
03:58 We meet twice a week, every two hours, and we encourage each other.
04:04 salmon.
