Dad with motor neurone disease smashes work record with charity swim

Mark O'Brien swam unaided in open water for 11km in aid of the
Motor Neurone Disease Association. He said: "It was a bit of a blur as I blacked out a few times but having watched back so much video footage, it prompted me to remember the huge sense of relief and pride."
