00:00 In the continuation of our Lamandagat food trip,
00:04 The alimangos we got are so cute.
00:08 What we're going to do now is Miswa Patola, which is the flavor of alimangos.
00:13 When the oil is hot, saute the garlic and onion.
00:20 Miswa Patola is a comfort food for many Filipinos.
00:26 When I make Miswa Patola, I add meatballs or sometimes shrimp.
00:33 We'll just fry it until the flavor is absorbed.
00:37 Next, we'll add water and boil it for a few minutes.
00:43 When it's boiling, we can add the alimangos.
00:47 Next, the patola.
00:49 Season with salt and seasoning.
