00:00 Lovely to see you, as always.
00:02 Misha, I'm gonna start with you,
00:03 because you are iconic in your own right,
00:06 in terms of everyone's seen the OC,
00:08 everyone loved you from there,
00:09 but how different was it stepping onto the set of Neighbours
00:13 compared to all the other shows?
00:15 - Well, this is definitely a very different world.
00:17 The up and running world of Erinsborough
00:20 is its own thing entirely,
00:22 and it was very sweet of them to have me on
00:24 in the beginning of this new chapter for them,
00:26 and it was, yeah, it was a wild experience.
00:30 I mean, it just like, it's a multi-camera,
00:33 like, there's a lot going on.
00:35 There's a lot of stuff getting shot on a daily basis,
00:38 so many interwoven storylines and shenanigans
00:42 and things to get used to,
00:44 but yeah, it's been a fun journey.
00:47 - Shenanigans is definitely the word for Neighbours.
00:50 Tim, I know for you, things have been different
00:53 in terms of you've got a toddler on set
00:56 with you now, and I know Abby
00:58 is gonna be the main focus for Leo,
01:00 but will we see any romance for him coming up?
01:03 Because I feel like he's been lacking in that.
01:06 - Oh, I know, he's had a really tough run, the poor guy,
01:10 I feel for him, so I'm really excited.
01:12 There is, I'm not allowed to say much about it,
01:14 but there is definitely, I think, some love on the horizon,
01:17 and I think being a single father
01:20 and with the evolution and the gap,
01:21 I think he's really grown and ready to settle down,
01:24 and I hope he does, 'cause that would be nice.
01:26 So there's definitely some good romance coming up, I'd say.
01:29 - Okay, good, that makes me happy.
01:30 Makes me happy for him.
01:32 Misha, for you, who did you form
01:34 the strongest bonds with on set?
01:37 Because I love this, everyone knows,
01:39 I love this cast so much,
01:41 and even from the short time that I've spent with everyone,
01:43 I feel like there's certain people
01:45 that you've formed really strong bonds with
01:46 because everyone's so nice.
01:48 - Yeah, well, this guy.
01:49 And then also, I guess, you know, Stephen as well.
01:53 So 'cause I work with Steph quite a bit.
01:56 Who else do I really work with?
01:59 Yeah, I would say you and Stephen, really.
02:01 - And Xavier.
02:03 - Yeah, well, Xavier, but he's new, you know?
02:05 So he's going through the same thing of not really,
02:08 he's in a very new world
02:09 where he's not familiar with at all.
02:11 So it's not like you can ask Xavier,
02:14 who's even asking me for, like,
02:16 (laughing)
02:17 I'm like, "Why wouldn't you ask me?
02:18 "I don't know that much about this yet."
02:20 But yeah, so who else?
02:22 I'm trying to think.
02:24 - What about Karl and Susan?
02:25 Like, obviously, Alan,
02:26 and I should call them by their real names, right?
02:28 Alan and Jackie.
02:29 - We don't really work together,
02:30 but their dressing rooms are just next to mine.
02:31 They're always stopping in and saying hi
02:33 and making sure I was okay and stuff and checking in.
02:36 So yes, but more in a, like,
02:39 I'm not gonna get to work with you,
02:40 but I'm here if you need me kind of way.
02:42 - I always just feel like they're my parents anyway.
02:44 I feel like they're everyone's parents.
02:46 So I don't know how they feel about that,
02:48 but that's how I feel.
02:49 - They are everyone's parents.
02:50 - Yeah, they're really.
02:51 - Tim, have you got any advice
02:52 for anyone who has to act with toddlers now?
02:56 'Cause I feel like you've kind of mastered it.
02:59 - Oh, yeah.
03:00 - Well, I'm hoping you've mastered it
03:01 from what I've seen the few episodes.
03:04 - Yeah, that's a great question, actually.
03:06 It was a lot of adjusting to,
03:08 and I spent a lot of time with Nikita, the actress,
03:11 before shooting to kind of create that bond and trust.
03:14 So we did do intimacy coaching
03:15 and I played duck-duck goose with her
03:17 and all these kind of games to get her.
03:20 And then practiced kind of like
03:21 what she felt comfortable with.
03:23 So my advice would be,
03:25 you can't control anything and go with it.
03:28 And just, you know, you can't expect them to do anything.
03:30 - But he's so good with her.
03:32 I always see you with her and I'm like, he's so good.
03:35 - Have you had to have any interactions
03:36 with any of the kids at all?
03:38 - Well, she was on set when I was there,
03:39 but we don't really directly work with each other.
03:41 I think you come by with her at one point
03:44 and that was about it.
03:45 But she gets shot out as quickly as possible.
03:48 So like, you know, she's technically there,
03:50 but you can't see her.
03:51 - She'll run away as soon as they say action.
03:54 - Aww.
03:54 - Okay, we'll carry on.
03:56 - Did you actually keep anything, Misha,
03:58 as a little souvenir?
04:00 'Cause I know I didn't,
04:01 I don't think I managed to steal anything when I was there.
04:04 - I got to keep a lot of stuff, actually.
04:05 - Did you?
04:06 - Yes, me and the costume designer are good friends.
04:08 I kept a few Reese pieces.
04:10 - Reese's pieces, good.
04:11 - She's worked her way into my wardrobe lately.
04:15 But what else?
04:17 - No, I didn't really take anything from set or anything.
04:21 I should have stolen the picture of Alan
04:23 from his desk, from Steph's desk.
04:27 Should have taken off with that, but I didn't.
04:29 - There's still time.
04:29 - You can mail it to me.
04:31 - There's still time, there's still time.
04:32 Is there any possibility for your character,
04:35 'cause you are guest role in it at the moment,
04:38 do you think later down the line
04:40 she could make a reappearance?
04:41 - Well, I've done my piece for now and I'm gone,
04:43 but like, I do think that they've left it,
04:46 well, they have left it very open-ended,
04:49 so that can, you know, and she's left a lot of things
04:52 behind in Australia at this exact moment.
04:55 So there's definitely room for that to happen.
04:58 - Also, I'm obviously a huge Neighbours fan,
05:01 but there are gonna be a lot of new people watching as well.
05:03 So just quickly, I wanna see who out of the cast
05:07 you would name for these.
05:09 Who is the most fun on a night out?
05:12 - Bex is pretty funny.
05:13 - Oh, yeah, Bex is hilarious.
05:14 - I can see you're waiting to say that to me.
05:16 - You're like, no, let me, let me,
05:18 Misha's so fun. - Let me put it on Misha.
05:19 - I was gonna say Misha, Misha's a huge fan.
05:21 - Oh, thank you.
05:23 - Oh, okay.
05:25 Who messes about the most on set?
05:26 - Bex again, probably, or Stefan.
05:29 - Oh, Stef likes to mess around a lot.
05:32 - Did he make it hard for you at any point?
05:34 - He makes me laugh, yeah.
05:35 Sometimes I have to like, kind of be like,
05:37 no, don't do that.
05:39 He'll tell me stories right before a role
05:41 and I'm like, why did you do that?
05:42 - Brilliant, brilliant.
05:43 Who's the best dancer?
05:45 - You know about this? - Can anyone dance?
05:46 - Yeah. - Can anyone dance?
05:47 No one on the set can dance on the cast.
05:49 - I'd say Alan Fletcher would be great
05:51 on the dance floor, definitely.
05:53 - Well, I feel like you need to give his name
05:55 for the next one, otherwise he won't be happy.
05:56 Who's the best singer?
05:57 - Of course, hands down to Alan.
05:59 Although Stefan did used to have a pop star career.
06:01 - Yes, let's not forget about Steffi's 80s pop career.
06:05 - God, I had forgotten.
06:07 - No, we can't.
06:08 We must never, ever forget about it.
06:10 - It's all online. - It's extremely important.
06:11 - The music video's on YouTube.
06:12 - I play it once a day while we're doing it.
06:14 - Thank you for reminding us about that again.
06:16 I had completely forgotten.
06:17 And who is the biggest adrenaline junkie?
06:20 - I'd probably say Stefan as well.
06:23 He loves his cars.
06:24 He rides a motorbike to work sometimes.
06:26 - Does he?
06:27 - He lives life like there's no tomorrow,
06:29 let's put it that way.
06:30 - Yeah. - I love that.
06:32 God, that guy's the coolest.
06:34 - He really is.
06:35 - Ridiculous.
06:36 Oh, guys, it's so lovely to see you.
06:38 I kind of wish you would just stay in the UK forever,
06:40 but of course, you've all got things to do.
06:42 I know you're working on a rom-com as well, right?
06:43 - Yeah, yep, yep.
06:45 But that won't be till next year,
06:46 but developing that now, so I'm excited about that.
06:48 - Amazing.
06:49 So we're gonna see you in that.
06:50 Tim, we're gonna send you back off to Australia
06:52 for more Neighbours, which I cannot wait for.
06:55 I'm so excited for this.
06:56 Thank you so much, guys.
06:57 - Thank you. - Thank you.
