00:00 So, Emily, is this the first time you've been to Newcastle?
00:03 Yes.
00:04 Yes.
00:05 Peter, that's a different story.
00:06 So before we go into the detail of Bradstown and Haynes Estate,
00:11 Peter, what do you love about Newcastle?
00:13 Because you've got a bit of history here.
00:15 I know a great deal about Newcastle.
00:19 I think at this point in time, half Nova Jester,
00:22 and half Coonawarra.
00:24 We've been down to Coonawarra since '99,
00:27 and that was a five-year project.
00:31 My wife keeps reminding me about that.
00:34 So we're still there, but we love Coonawarra and here.
00:39 But I grew up here in Newcastle.
00:43 My lovely brother and wife and sister-in-law are over there,
00:47 and other family and friends.
00:49 So, yeah, I've been...
00:52 I grew up here, just lived over the back here in Cooks Hill for a few years.
00:58 I went to high school as well,
01:00 but I actually used to be a train driver on stage.
01:03 I grew up in Coley, down to the Harbour here and many other places.
01:09 So I have a very, very strong affiliation with Newcastle.
01:13 And, yeah, we still come up here several times a year
01:16 and see family, mum and dad.
