00:04 Ebony, how are you feeling?

00:06 It was a bit of a tough course but you got there.

00:09 Yeah, it wasn't flat by all means but I did it, I got there.

00:13 I did what I had to do.

00:15 I came out here with a time in mind so I'm really happy with what I've done.

00:21 How was preparation leading in?

00:25 What did you do to prepare for today?

00:27 I'm actually training for a half marathon so my training did taper off a little bit

00:33 which was nice actually, I would have had a really long run on today.

00:36 I wanted to race just to see where I was at.

00:39 But nothing really changed, just my carb loading and just tapering off a little bit so the legs felt fresh today.
