EU lifts bans on Ukrainian grain but Poland and Hungary vow to keep restrictions in place

The European Commission has lifted the temporary bans on Ukrainian grain after Kyiv agreed to tighten control over its agricultural exports.

00:15 European market. Under the embargo, Ukraine could still transport wheat, corn, rapeseed
00:21 and sunflower through these countries, but not sell them.
00:25 But on Friday, Brussels said it would lift the ban after Ukraine promised to take measures
00:29 to control the influx of grain to surrounding countries. However, Poland says it will impose
00:34 its own embargo and has warned that Ukrainian grain will not enter its territory.
00:39 And on Friday, Hungary and Slovakia said it will also keep the ban. Bulgaria, on the other
00:45 hand, says it's standing with Ukraine and will allow grain sales.
