An American XL bully dog owner is worried for his pet’s life and says he is devastated by Rishi Sunak’s announcement to ban the breed.
The Prime Minister labelled the breed a “danger to communities” in a pre-recorded message on Friday, stating new laws will be in place by the end of the year to ban the animal.
Animal Behaviourist, Jordan Shelley said: “I am obviously devastated.
“Where there are issues it is always around irresponsible ownership and often bad breeding as well. I don’t believe these dogs are any more dangerous than any other large dog.”
