00:16 Allow yourself to drift to sleep at any point during this practice and know I'll be right here with you.
00:23 Let's begin our transition to peaceful slumber.
00:27 Give yourself a few moments to find a comfortable position that allows your body to fully relax.
00:43 Know that in this moment, all of your daily responsibilities have been taken care of.
00:52 The only task in front of you is to let go and find your peace of mind and inner tranquility.
01:03 If you haven't already, close your eyes and take a deep breath in, feeling the air fill your lungs.
01:14 Then slowly begin to exhale out of your mouth with a sigh, releasing any tension or stress from your body.
01:33 Let's start by relaxing our bodies from head to toe.
01:39 Focus your attention to the top of your head and imagine a warm, soothing sensation spreading across it, releasing any tension or tightness.
01:55 Feel the sensation spreading down to your forehead like a gentle trickle of water, relaxing your eyebrows and soothing out any furrows or creases.
02:14 Allow your eyes to relax. Feel the weight of your eyelids. Let go of any strain in the muscles around your eyes.
02:26 Let this relaxation flow down to your cheeks, your jaw, and neck, releasing any stiffness or discomfort.
02:42 Relax your shoulders, letting them sink down, melting away any tension in your spine.
02:55 Feel that sensation along every inch of your arms, all the way down to your fingertips.
