00:02 we ain't pay, I ain't pay that.
00:03 I'm like, not going, you won't get me.
00:07 What's up y'all, this is Jerry Judy,
00:11 row receiver for the Denver Broncos,
00:12 and this is my first meeting.
00:14 I was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
00:23 I wouldn't say we had a lot of money,
00:24 and I wouldn't say we didn't have no money.
00:26 I'd say it was in between.
00:28 My mom had a few different jobs.
00:30 She once worked at a factory.
00:31 She worked at a retirement home before.
00:33 My dad, he always been a chef,
00:36 ever since he moved down here to Florida.
00:38 He worked for an Italian restaurant
00:40 called Mario's in Boca Raton.
00:42 Shout out Mario.
00:44 My dad used to go get his hair cut,
00:46 and I would just sweep around.
00:48 The barber would give me like two, three dollars
00:50 just for sweeping when I was like around
00:52 like seven, six years old.
00:53 So I count that as a job,
00:55 'cause I was getting paid for the work.
00:56 I was putting time in.
00:57 When I got to Alabama, I never moved off campus.
01:02 They used all the resources they had.
01:03 You know, I eat free, sleep free.
01:06 The extra money I had was just going to my car payments,
01:09 or if my mom need any help,
01:11 back at home, I just send it to her.
01:13 Here are the details of my rookie contract.
01:15 I never really had a lot of money until I got drafted,

01:27 The first big purchase that I bought

01:50 You know, there's something I wanted to do
01:51 since I was young.
01:52 So go find whatever house you want,
01:54 and I'ma buy it.
01:55 She bought a five bedroom house in Orlando.
01:58 It's a nice gated community.
02:00 That's what she wanted,
02:01 and she got exactly what she wanted.
02:03 The next big purchase was my mom's car.
02:12 Yeah, I spoiled my mom.
02:13 It is what it is.
02:15 She spoiled me when I was younger.
02:16 I spoiled her back.
02:18 I bought her a '22 BMW X7.
02:22 I would say that was about 80K.
02:25 At first, she always wanted a Range Rover,
02:27 but I mean, it kind of looked the same at some point.
02:31 She was so excited, 'cause she had no clue.
02:34 She was crying, just telling me how happy she was
02:36 and how proud of me and stuff like that.
02:39 You can't forget about my dad.

02:54 It's like a Nissan truck.
02:56 I may be wrong, but it was like some type of truck
02:59 that was like 50K, so I got him that.
03:02 He wasn't really picky or choosing which car he wanted,
03:08 but I needed him to get him something anyways.
03:10 That's his everyday car.
03:11 He ride with it everywhere,
03:13 and my dad don't like to be sitting around.
03:15 He's the type that want to wake up
03:16 and have something to go do.
03:18 He's still shoving.
03:19 I be trying to tell him, like,
03:20 "Man, why you still shoving and still cooking?"
03:22 He want to start his own thing,
03:24 so we in the process of figuring all that out.
03:27 I took the fam to a shopping spree in New York City.
03:35 That ran me about, I'd say about 60K.
03:39 60K shopping spree for the fam.
03:43 I love spoiling my family, you know,
