00:00 The day begins with hot tea and breakfast after a third night sleeping out in the cold.
00:05 The men gather on one side, the women on the other.
00:08 The village of Asni has 600 residents and is located in the Atlas Mountains.
00:14 Rescue operations here have sprung up in the centre of town.
00:18 Nearly 200 homes were destroyed or damaged in the earthquake
00:22 and the community is hoping to overcome the trauma together.
00:28 "We have received help from another village and small organisations.
00:32 We started organising meals for everyone, but we need more flour. We don't have enough."
00:37 "Our lives changed in a minute. We can no longer return home.
00:45 We're very scared. My little girl is traumatised."
00:48 Residents in Asni mainly lived off farming.
00:54 The earthquake claimed the lives of at least 30 people, while the injured recover in tents.

01:05 They have limited resources and too many people to see.
01:09 They just gave me a bandage.
01:11 I have bruises everywhere, on my body, on my head. I'm in pain."
01:16 Youssef was born in Asni and he's taken to social media to issue a call for help.
01:24 "This is our house here. As you can see, there's a lot of damage."
01:30 The home built by Youssef's grandfather is now uninhabitable.
01:38 In addition for help rebuilding his home, he's asking for blankets to sleep,
01:42 knowing full well winter is around the corner.
