Radio presenter Sophie Little launched a passionate but scathing attack on the Corporation at the start of her final BBC Norfolk show, 'Treasure Quest'.
The programme, which ran for 15 years, was axed by the BBC as part of its cuts to local radio, leading Little to describe the corporation as 'ableist and ageist' in a heartfelt monologue at the beginning of the show.

00:11 it's important. But I will say this how I see it. I feel the cuts are ableist, ageist,
00:17 and they place economic barriers for some people too. And I felt incredibly nervous
00:22 to say this, thinking about the many bosses above my head and how this goes against the
00:27 grain of all of the training I've ever had.
