00:13 - Brian, do you need Daniel to kind of pick up
00:15 where he left off at the end of last season here?
00:17 - Yeah, I don't think you can pick up, Tom,

00:20 I think it's a new season and, you know,
00:21 we're going to have to do the things we need to do
00:24 leading up to this week.
00:25 You know, he's had a good training camp.
00:27 Now we got to, you know,
00:28 turn the page and get here on Dallas,
00:30 which we've been the last couple of days
00:31 and go out there and practice
00:32 and make sure we correct the things that are going to happen
00:34 and, you know, ultimately play well
00:36 and make good decisions and, you know,
00:38 move the ball down and that's, you know, that's his role.
00:40 But he's had a good camp.
00:42 - Do you ever worry about guys at any position
00:44 who got a big contract in the off season
00:46 and then coming out and trying to do too much,
00:49 trying to live up to it, the wearing on them?
00:53 - No, no.
00:54 - Yeah, listen, I love this guy.
00:57 As you know, he's very cool with me.
01:00 I get along with him and I respect him.
01:04 And I also think, as I've told you,
01:06 I think this team is better than anyone
01:08 gives them credit for.
01:10 I do not feel for one minute
01:12 that that was a fluke last year.
01:14 They played their ass off.
01:16 They played hard.
01:17 They played tough.
01:18 They smashed it down your throat with Barkley.
01:21 Jones ran the ball particularly well when he tucked it
01:25 and he didn't fumble and throw picks like he normally does.
01:29 So he actually, I thought, made two giant steps forward
01:32 as opposed to one forward, two back,
01:35 like he was doing every year since he came into the league.
01:39 I think he took two steps forward
01:41 and I think they're very capable of beating the Cowboys
01:46 and going back to the playoffs.
01:49 And I've told you before, I think they can,
01:52 after getting stomped by Philly,
01:54 I think they can get back to that same divisional semi
01:58 and this time win and go to a NFC title game.
02:03 I think it's very possible.
02:06 People think I'm crazy.
02:08 They're already a tough team and a playoff team.
02:11 I think they're on the cusp
02:13 and I think this coach is special.
