NSW Police officer accused of using taser on 95-year-old woman appears in court

A New South Wales police officer accused of using a taser to subdue a 95-year-old woman on a walker has appeared in court. It was the 33-year-old senior constable's first public appearance since the alleged incident in May this year. Clare Nowland passed away from her injuries a week later.
