Transcript
00:00 I'm Rizwana Mahmood and I work for Bradford Council and we're in the council chamber at
00:15 the moment. We are going to be open on Saturday 9th September and Sunday 10th September because
00:23 it's City Hall's 150th birthday on Saturday and we'd like the public to come in and have
00:29 a look round and celebrate with us in looking and appreciating the beauty of City Hall.
00:36 So once you actually come in you'll be able to see the grand entrance that we have, walk
00:41 up the staircase that's been walked up by many famous people, walk down the silver corridor
00:47 where you can see all the silverware that's on display, see the Ernest Savile room which
00:52 used to be a children's court and you could even have your photograph taken there. We've
00:57 set up a little mini Bellevue studio and have a family photograph taken. You can also then
01:05 come into the council chamber, the banquet hall and you will also be able to have the
01:09 opportunity to visit the Lord Mayor's rooms which very few people get to see. So do come
01:16 in and have a look and see just how beautiful City Hall is.
