00:12 I've been so so so impressed by everybody that we've seen and heard of.
00:18 25 years ago when I started off on Calvert Trust, this would have been a very very very small room
00:26 with very very very few women in leadership positions in your world.
00:31 It was very very hard to be heard in meetings because men's voices carry much further, much easier.
00:39 And now women chair meetings, my goodness Yvonne chairs Inverness Calais. Incredible.
00:47 And I think the Hounds and the whole of Scotland would be so much the better of it.
00:52 25 years ago, staff would have done as they're told.
00:57 They would not have introduced sneaky little actions by nominating their boss.

01:06 These sort of things would not have happened.
01:08 But honestly guys, the world has come on so so so much in that time.
01:12 And I think hearing even tonight about how so many of the businesses you represent
01:17 are doing something to build your community and the community we share here, I think it's absolutely phenomenal.
01:24 I am retiring but I'm not giving up.
01:27 And I'll see what's happening going forward.
