00:00 [INAUDIBLE]
00:04 The permanent secretaries, the directors of the UN,
00:10 the Commissioner of Police, and other secretaries,
00:15 all the five human rights agencies and the FCC,
00:19 we support the cause of the rescue of those who are
00:24 lost, forgotten, and missing.
00:30 Ladies and gentlemen, it's most unfortunate
00:35 that we will put this ceremony before the director's
00:39 direct assignment.
00:42 It is what we contemplated.
00:49 We have had our schedule for this meeting
00:52 before we were told.
00:55 Let me thank all the agencies, particularly
00:59 the Yemen Internal Affairs Office for their support
01:02 of human rights.
01:05 It is unfortunate for the two of our directors.
01:09 I will ask the permanent secretary
01:13 to make sure that funds are raised
01:16 to pay the constitutional dues of those who are rescued.
01:22 So that we don't want to hear any of this kind of water
01:26 passing out there in Boston.
01:27 And that should be done immediately.
01:30 Secondly, these are the things we are not saying.
01:36 Nobody knows who's going to pay.
01:39 And therefore, it is important that the UN government says
01:42 that we take action on certain areas that
01:46 would be deemed that individuals or individuals that do not
01:51 comply with the standard rules.
01:56 It is not a sin to anybody else, and it does not do better.
02:01 But for me, I'm not saying anybody.
02:05 And this is what I'm trying to tell you.
02:09 I do not know why it has taken long
02:12 for the rest of the dogs to settle there.
02:16 And so we take the action to see the individuals
02:19 in this area settle, and that no one has to flood this place.
02:25 So when the government says take a leading plan,
02:28 it is not a sin for the government
02:31 to suffer anybody.
02:32 It's to make sure that everybody's protected.
02:36 Citizens are protected.
02:38 And to first of all, this camera.
02:39 [INAUDIBLE] I ask that you must identify and address me,
02:48 the owner of this property.
02:51 Thank you very, very much.
02:53 And government, of course, will take over the area,
02:56 and make sure no threat will be discouraged.
03:00 And I want all the stakeholders to please work with government.
03:05 It is in the interest of everybody.
