00:27 >> Okay, so what inspired you to set up the gymnastics club?
00:29 >> We're both from a gymnastic background.
00:31 We've both loved the sport, and we wanted to have a gymnastic center dedicated to
00:36 four piece in Sunderland.
00:39 >> And how important is it that children and
00:40 so on get the chance to do gymnastics?
00:42 >> Gymnastics is a fundamental for all sports, and
00:46 it's a passion and a love, and it's very popular.
00:49 >> And how rewarding is it seeing the kids, you know, achieve something,
00:51 compete in competitions, learn a new move?
00:54 Just how much enjoyment do you get from that?
00:56 >> That's the best.
00:57 When the light bulb moment, when they do it, and the smiles on their faces, and
01:02 watching them achieve, it's wonderful.

01:42 >> Okay, then now, how long have you been coming to the club for, and
01:44 how much do you enjoy it?
01:46 >> I've been coming to London for about three years, and
01:51 I enjoy it a lot because I've met lots of friends, and
01:55 I have lots of friendships and people who I can trust now as well.
02:01 >> And what's your favorite part of gymnastics?
02:02 What's the type of gymnastics you most like doing?
02:05 >> I feel like I love just being in the air and doing all the flips.
02:09 >> Okay, and Martha, how long have you been coming, and
02:11 how much do you like coming to the club?
02:12 >> I've been coming for four years, and I really like coming.
02:18 And it's really fun when I can do loads of new skills with some help, and
02:24 then I get it by myself.
02:25 >> And just how helpful have your coaches been in developing your skills and
02:29 making this fun for you?
02:30 >> They've been really, really helpful.
02:32 >> And how important is it now that young people keep fit and active and healthy?
02:37 >> I think it's really important because if you're not fit,
02:40 that means you can't, you won't be able to-
02:43 >> Do all the things you want to do?
02:47 >> Yeah, you won't be able to go out for
02:49 a run without getting tired and stopping halfway.
02:52 And it's really important to stay fit.
02:56 >> What about you, Martha?
02:57 Do you think it's important to keep fit and healthy and active?
02:59 >> Yeah, it's really important.
03:01 So then you won't just be sitting inside and
03:04 just waiting for something to happen all day.
03:08 >> There's also give young people things to do, like outside of school time.
03:11 >> Definitely.
03:12 >> Yep.
