00:05 and these are some of the things that you can do in and around Newcastle to enjoy yourself before
00:08 we enter September. The return of the naughty 90s festival returns to Leeds Park and is set
00:13 to be huge this weekend. Boasting full stages of music as well as funfair rides, arcades and
00:18 street food stalls across the park, the two-day event will run over Saturday and Sunday. One day
00:24 and weekend tickets are available online. The ever-popular Newcastle Mela is also returning,
00:29 this August bank holiday weekend. The festival is free, family-friendly and everyone is welcome.
00:34 The event is based around Pakistani, Bengali, Indian and other South Asian cultures with music,
00:40 food and entertainment available to enjoy. The event will be running between 11am and 4pm at
00:44 Grey's Monument on Saturday. Music fans can also head to the Clooney for the Future Collaborations
00:50 Festival which is happening at the site's second venue. Fans can pay £12 for 11 hours of music
