00:00 Before watching the video, I remind you that there is more content on the Hotline.
00:04 Yesterday, the list of the Snowy State Executive Members was released.
00:07 Among the ten people, seven of them are Malay.
00:11 Since the 308, the Xi Meng has won the right to vote in the Snowy State,
00:14 the list of the most Malay and the least Chinese members in history.
00:21 What kind of political message is being delivered behind the banner of the Snowy State Government led by a Malay?
00:28 Is this to counter the accusation of the National Alliance Green Movement,
00:31 which claims that the Rocket Government is in charge,
00:33 and to try to eliminate and appease the anxiety of Malay people?
00:38 Can Xue Jianfei's position as an executive member really save the votes for the TPP?
00:44 After the Xi Meng or the Ming Lian, which won the Snowy State regime in the 308,
00:48 at least three Chinese and one Indian executive members have been kept in the past.
00:55 In 2008, there were once four Chinese executive members in the Snowy State.
01:00 In 2013 and 2018, there were also three Chinese executive members.
01:05 But after the Six-State Election this year,
01:07 the number of Chinese and Indian executive members in the Snowy State has been reduced to only two.
01:12 After the list was released, the comments said
01:14 that the Snowy State Governor Amiruddin deliberately excluded the executive members led by Malay people.
01:19 It is not difficult to see the political art in it.
01:22 The political scholar Azmi Hashan pointed out in an interview
01:25 that although the TPP is the biggest winner of the Snowy State election this year,
01:29 and contributes the most seats,
01:31 it should play a leading role in the Snowy State government.
01:33 But even if it gets the cooperation of four executive members,
01:37 the TPP only sends out two Chinese representatives.
01:40 As for the TPP, it is a contradiction.
01:42 It did not send any non-Malay representatives at all.
01:45 And such a list is believed to be largely to show that
01:48 even if the TPP wins the most seats,
01:51 the Malay people still play a leading role in the Snowy State government.
01:55 The TPP repeatedly claimed that the TPP controlled the government's accusation.
02:00 It believes that the executive members of the three states will make the same arrangement.
02:05 Ten executive members of the Snowy State Unity Camp
02:10 made a statement yesterday at the Pashang Anansha Palace.
02:13 However, the ten-member lineup was arranged in turn,
02:15 and as many as seven were Malay executive members.
02:18 Is this deliberately to present a political view of the Malay people leading the Snowy State government?
02:24 Huang Sihan, who was re-elected as an executive member, emphasized during an interview,
02:27 "Although there are fewer Chinese executive members,
02:29 the number of members who can speak Chinese is still maintained at three.
02:33 Because the executive member of Wanda Town, Jamalia, is a mixed Chinese,
02:37 his Chinese is very fluent and more representative of a diverse character."
02:41 I still want to emphasize that the Snowy State government
02:45 is a government that represents the people,
02:48 not individual ethnic groups.
02:50 As for the non-indigenous representative,
02:52 we still have three Malay members who speak fluent Chinese at home.
02:57 We have three executive members who speak fluent Chinese on this front.
03:02 So I don't think this is a problem.
03:04 When I explained this to my voters or supporters,
03:08 everyone thought it was good.
03:10 This front is a win-win front.
03:13 However, for the lineup of new Snowy State executive members,
03:16 two political scholars, Awong Azman and Azmi Hassan,
03:19 both believe that although the Action Party is the largest party in Snowy State with the most seats,
03:24 but Snowy State Prime Minister Amiruddin still ruled out
03:26 the Malay people leading the lineup with the most Malay executive members in history.
03:31 This is largely to counter the fierce attack of the National Alliance on the Government of the Rocket Control.
03:37 There have been various stances so far, which have only been criticized by the opposition.
03:44 The DAP is still in power in the context of determining the current government.
03:50 With the announcement of the SCO,
03:52 I think it has broken the false claim by the National Alliance.
03:58 They are trying to make something right here.
04:00 Because at the national level, the perception is that DAP is too dominant.
04:06 That's the stigma.
04:07 And that's one of the reasons why the Malay voters shifted from UMNO,
04:11 from Pakatan Harapan, towards Rekatan Nasional or PAS.
04:15 So I guess at the state level, I think the state government is trying to do something right,
04:20 especially the Prime Minister,
04:21 to portray that the Malays in Selangor are in control via the state SCO.
04:28 Azmi Hassan believes that the Snowy State government has launched the lineup of Malay executive members
04:32 to show that the Malay people still have the leadership.
04:35 After the election, he predicts that the lineup of Senegal's executive members
04:38 will also show the Malay people's view of the government.
04:41 He believes that although this is just a view,
04:44 for the Malays, whoever is in charge of the government,
04:47 they are very sensitive and very concerned about this view.
04:51 So I guess it will begin with Selangor,
04:53 and most probably in the Gizmilan in the next few days,
04:56 where the Malays will play a critical role, a dominant role,
05:01 in the running of state government.
05:03 This perception is very, very important for the Malay voters.
05:06 They are very sensitive in terms of who is the dominant
05:10 in the state government or the federal government.
