00:02 Hi, guys.
00:29 [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH]
00:31 The grand festival of Navratri is here.
00:34 And there is no better place to experience it
00:36 than in Gujarat, which erupts into a nine-night long dance
00:40 festival.
00:41 So are you ready to experience Rang Gujarat Ke?
00:44 [MUSIC PLAYING]
00:47 Now, the most fun part about Navratri
00:54 is definitely the Garbha.
00:55 Even though it might look like a complicated dance form,
00:58 it's a cakewalk.
00:59 All you need is a lot of energy and some real passion.
01:03 With just five steps, I'm going to teach you
01:05 how to burn the dance floor.
01:07 So let's begin.
01:09 So the first step is clap and open.
01:12 You take your right foot out and then your left foot out.
01:15 Try to constantly keep your weight in the center.
01:18 Now you add your hands.
01:19 You clap on the left, and then you open on the right.
01:23 We join the hands and the foot and do it together.
01:26 One, two, three, and four.
01:29 Try and bend.
01:30 One and open, two and three.
01:34 So the second step is hit and twist.
01:37 Your left leg will constantly remain on its place,
01:40 and only your right will move.
01:41 And you have to hit out and hit and hit.
01:46 Now join your hands with it and hit your elbow out.
01:50 Hit, hit, twist.
01:53 So the third step is clap and turn.
01:56 You take your right foot back, bring it forward,
01:59 left foot back, and turn.
02:02 Right foot back, bring it forward, left foot back,
02:05 and turn.
02:06 When you're turning, all you have to do
02:07 is just clap every time and join it with your feet movements.
02:11 So one and two, three and four.
02:15 Continue.
02:15 One and two, three and four.
02:20 So step four is click and flick.
02:22 You have to slide across in all four directions.
02:26 Forward, forward, back, and back.
02:30 Forward, forward, back, and back.
02:34 When you join hands, make sure your hands and sides
02:37 are in opposite directions.
02:38 If you're going right, your left hand is up.
02:41 One and two, three and four.
02:46 So the fifth step is snap and turn.
02:50 So you take your right foot out, then you take your left foot out.
02:53 You just give a little small little bounce,
02:54 and then turn and end it with a clap.
02:58 Adding hand movements to it, open on the left,
03:01 then on the right, take it down, turn, and circle.
03:05 So one, two, down, and circle.
03:09 Bounce.
03:09 One, two, down, and turn.
03:12 Now I'm just going to weave these steps together
03:15 and show you how it's done in style.
