00:00 Break out the trash bag and let's make a snack.
00:02 Into the trash bag goes a variety of crackers.
00:05 Now you gotta make a spice mixture.
00:07 Ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, and some Cajun seasoning.
00:10 I'm gonna also add a little crushed red pepper
00:12 to just make sure it's kinda evenly spread out.
00:14 For me, this was the surprising ingredient, popcorn oil.
00:17 Before I start shaking, I'm gonna double bag this gently.
00:20 We don't wanna break the crackers.
00:22 And now we wait.
00:23 These get better with age, ideally at least a few days.
00:26 You wanna toss your bag every so often,
00:28 every several hours or so.
00:29 Just so that oil doesn't settle at the bottom.
00:31 It hasn't been nearly long enough,
00:33 but we gotta give it a taste.
00:35 You would think they'd be soggy, but they're not.
00:38 You'll be the hit of a party if you bring this snack.
00:39 Just don't serve it out of the bag.
00:41 That's gonna have some flavor.
00:42 Oh yeah.
00:47 The fact that they're still crunchy after soaking in
00:49 all that oil is simply mind-blowing.
00:52 So full of flavor, it's the perfect salty snack.
00:54 I'm telling you, you would be the hit of the party
00:57 if you bring these crackers.
