00:00 Now that the Federal Adult Committee has finished their work, I request them to provide the check
00:06 because in this matter, the focus should never be about officers or individuals.
00:12 The focus should be the victims, the people who are stealing money, the people who are stealing the hospitals,
00:18 who need them to be supported, who need them to get back their lives.
00:22 So I'm requesting them to provide the checkbook and in doing so then, I am instructing the committee further
00:28 that upon receiving the checkbook, the money that they still have within themselves,
00:32 they should be able and they should comply by this, that by the end of the week,
00:36 they must pay all the money back to the victims so that as we discuss this matter,
00:43 as we discuss all these things about impeachment, removal, the victims have their money.
00:48 Because my interest as the governor, as a leader of this county, is for the victims to get what is due for them.
00:55 And once they get what is due for them, then we will continue prosecuting these other issues when they are confronted upon.
01:01 And I even sympathize with them because they have been on the media and every social media conversations
01:07 for now weeks end and it adds up to their money.
01:11 And I wish to say that that committee must comply within the end of the week.
01:15 Within the end of the week further, I have directed that the committee as of Friday this week,
01:22 having finished disbursement of money on whatever they have, they reconcile their reports,
01:29 bring it back to me and the committee shall be disbanded as Friday evening of this week.
01:36 Their work will come to an end and they will stand disbanded so that we move on.
