00:20 CyberJaya is around 6,960 acres.
00:23 So out of that amount, currently close to 1,000 acres are yet to be developed.
00:29 CyberView owns 656 acres of land.
00:32 So in terms of the land that we have, 404 acres is going to be going for a land sale.
00:39 And then while the remaining 152 acres will be through a land development,
00:43 through with partners or on our own.
00:45 And post-2027, we have allocated around 100 acres of land to be developed on our own
00:50 or with a strategy partner.

01:09 For the undeveloped land that we have in CyberJaya,
01:13 so on the southern part of CyberJaya, we're focusing on three technology clusters.
01:17 Number one in terms of the smart mobility.
01:20 Number two is in terms of the smart healthcare.
01:23 And the third one is on digital creative.
01:25 For a low-carbon smart city, we are guided here in the country
01:29 based on the national aspiration to achieve net zero carbon by 2050.
01:33 Of course, there are low-carbon cities framework which was announced a couple of years back.
01:38 For CyberView, being in CyberJaya since 1996,
01:42 in terms of low-carbon smart city, we focus on four areas, four criteria.
01:46 Number one, the infrastructure that we have.
01:48 Number two, the social part of it.
01:51 Number three is in terms of the ecosystem of low-carbon smart city.
01:55 And finally, the economy coming from the low-carbon smart city.
01:58 So these are the four areas.
02:00 In terms of the benchmark, smart cities varies from one location to another location,
02:06 guided by the four areas that I mentioned earlier.
02:09 In terms of the iPod, the infrastructure, of course, we look into in terms of the power.
02:14 We look into in terms of the connectivity.
02:16 We also look in terms of other parameters with respect to infrastructure.
02:20 The social part, we look in terms of the number of knowledge workers,
02:23 the number of students and also the number of residents here.
02:27 In terms of the ecosystem, we are talking about how we actually co-exist, co-develop,
02:32 how we support the partners here, the stakeholders here,
02:35 in terms of creating a low-carbon smart city.
02:37 And finally, in terms of the economy,
02:40 how we actually support the circular economy as well as the green economy here.
