00:02 - Wapping Wharf had a master plan,
00:04 which was agreed back in 2007.
00:06 And the North plot was always going
00:08 to have development upon it.
00:09 The whole idea is that we want to try
00:11 and build upon where we've started.
00:13 Build on the community and make it even better.
00:15 One of the great advantages of the North plot
00:17 is that 30% of the footprint of the plot
00:20 will be handed over to public open space.
00:22 We went out to consultation in the summer last year.
00:25 So we've consulted with virtually every single tenant
00:28 that's down here.
00:29 We listened to the concerns that people had
00:31 about the height of the buildings
00:32 overlooking the M Shed and the Harbor.
00:34 And the biggest change we've made
00:36 is that we've reduced the first building
00:38 overlooking Museum Square by two stories.
00:40 But what we have introduced
00:42 is a rooftop restaurant on level six.
00:45 And we've already had discussions
00:47 with one of our existing tenants
00:49 who are keen to take that space.
00:50 We had some ideas for the cargo hall,
00:52 which was going to be a food hall, market hall.
00:54 I'm the first to put my hands up and say,
00:56 no, we didn't get that right.
00:57 We hadn't retained the essence of cargo.
00:59 It wasn't achieving what I wanted it to achieve.
01:02 I want it to be a really wonderful indoor market.
01:06 We've got rid of the rigid layout
01:08 and we've introduced lots of elements
01:10 of shipping containers.
01:11 All of the great things that people love
01:12 about Cargo One and Cargo Two,
01:14 we've tried to take those
01:16 and replicate them in the new building.
