00:11 The victims were hoping to get their money back.

00:15 That's why they went to the NBI Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:19 They were with a cancer patient who lost a million pesos in the investment scheme.

00:25 He was using the money he earned to treat his patients.

00:29 But it was slowly delayed until the money was gone.

00:34 This is how other people who complained were affected.

00:38 They said they signed a contract, but the investment was like a loan with a 5% interest rate every month.

00:45 NBI Cara Ponsiski explained that it was called to modest operandinas who are eager to earn quickly.
