00:15 Connie, in the middle of the hot weather, some residents are waiting for hours in Apolonyo-Sampson in Balintawak, Quezon City.

00:25 This is after a power outage in their area where more than 100 houses were affected.

00:32 According to some residents, there was no power until 4 am and they have not been able to return until now.

00:40 Many were fired and some were not able to get a job. While many students were also affected by online learning.

00:48 Meralco is now looking at the recent power outage and it is not yet known when the power will return.
