Raw Food & Fitness Journey Day 69-Kale is Cool! Eat Green...

It's Day 69 of mine and Derrick's 100-Day Raw Food and Fitness Journey, and today I want to encourage everyone out there to eat some kale!!! I couldn't stand kale before embarking on this Raw Food and Fitness Journey...I avoided it at all costs--no kidding! Occasionally I'd manage to slip in a few leaves of chard in a smoothie, but other than that, the greens I'd eat were limited to spinach and romaine lettuce. But not anymore...
