00:18 provided that its developer fulfils the requirements set by the state.

00:22 Yesterday, Amiruddin said the project was scrapped as the impact assessment reports

00:26 submitted by the developer were unsatisfactory.

00:28 He said the developer did not meet certain conditions set by the state government,

00:33 particularly its social impact assessment report.

00:35 The 25.4km PJD Link is a dispersal highway categorised as necessary infrastructure

00:42 under the Highway Network Development Plan.

00:44 It would have connected the north and south of Petaling Jaya.
