00:05 This is due to the effects of the storm and the strong winds.

00:09 The state of calamity is also in the provinces of Cagayan, Pampanga and Bulacan.

00:18 According to NDRRMC, more than 100 cities and towns in the country are under the state of calamity.

00:27 When it comes to infrastructure, the cost of the flood control structures,

00:32 including Bagyong Egay and Habagat, has reached more than Php 5 billion.

00:36 According to the Department of Public Works and Highways,

00:39 the cost of flood control structures is the highest, at almost Php 4 billion.

00:45 Php 1 billion for roads and more than Php 160 million for bridges.
