00:00 (upbeat music)
00:02 - Hello and welcome to National World FIBA Talk,
00:08 your nan's favorite football podcast, Ken.
00:10 It's a show where we break down the latest news
00:12 and results from the Scottish Premiership
00:13 and around the SPFL.
00:15 I'm your host, Martin Simpson,
00:17 joined as always by regular guest, Lewis Anderson.
00:19 This week, the two of us are gonna be looking ahead
00:21 to the Scottish Premiership season,
00:23 which kicks off this weekend.
00:24 We're gonna be making our predictions for the league winner,
00:27 the team that we expect to go down,
00:29 who's gonna finish third, who could be a surprise package,
00:32 who might disappoint.
00:33 Then in the second half of the show,
00:35 we're gonna be joined by special guest, Will Rooney,
00:37 from Liverpool World.
00:38 He's gonna be telling us about exciting Scottish teenager,
00:41 Ben Doak, and how he's been getting on
00:42 with the Premier League during pre-season.
00:45 So Lewis, it only feels like yesterday
00:49 that the last season ended,
00:50 but here we are, the League Cup group stage is done.
00:53 The Premiership and the rest of the SPFL
00:55 kicks off this weekend.
00:57 We're gonna focus on the Premiership
00:59 and we're gonna take a look at the teams we expect
01:03 to sort of finish in the key positions, if you like.
01:06 So I suggest we start at the top.
01:08 I'm gonna go straight in with a big question.
01:11 Who are you tipping to win the league this year?
01:13 - I certainly think it will be a tight title race again
01:18 this season, Martin.
01:19 I think ranges have obviously strengthened hugely
01:23 over the summer, bringing in eight new additions.
01:26 That looks like it could soon become nine as well,
01:28 as Sifuentes is set to come in the door.
01:31 I think it'll be a lot closer.
01:32 I still think Celtic have a slight edge
01:36 going into the new season,
01:38 just on the back of obviously their incredible
01:41 record-breaking eighth domestic treble last year.
01:44 Brendan Rodgers back in the hot seat now.
01:47 Ange Postacoglu's moved on.
01:48 I know Celtic fans are a wee bit unsure
01:53 about what to expect from their new signings so far,
01:56 given the lack of game time the likes of Marco Tullio
02:00 and Odin Thiago-Holm have had
02:02 since they signed earlier in the window.
02:05 So still to kind of see where they're at
02:08 in terms of their overall fitness
02:10 and what they might have to offer.
02:12 But certainly I think if Celtic are able to retain
02:16 a number of key players,
02:18 it looks like they're gonna keep hold of Lee Labada,
02:21 which is a big coup in my opinion,
02:24 given that Jot has obviously moved on.
02:27 An exciting player.
02:28 Obviously he's had a lot of interest
02:30 from top European clubs this summer
02:34 that we're well aware of.
02:36 So I give Celtic the slight edge,
02:38 but I do not think they'll be winning a treble
02:40 this time around.
02:41 I think Rangers will win a trophy this season,
02:45 but it won't be the league.
02:46 - Yeah, I'm sort of along the same lines.
02:50 I'm thinking I would put my money on Celtic right now,
02:54 but obviously we just need to wait and see
02:56 with so many new sign-ins how that works.
02:59 'Cause we know how good Celtic are.
03:01 We don't yet know how good this new Rangers side are,
03:04 but given obviously how well Michael Beale did coming in,
03:08 sort of approaching the second half of the second season,
03:12 of last season, sorry, approaching the second half there,
03:15 obviously did really well.
03:16 And if he carries that form
03:20 over into this season,
03:21 then I think it's gonna be a lot closer
03:23 than it was last year in terms of just the points
03:26 that separate them come the end of the season.
03:28 Like I don't think the league's gonna be decided
03:31 sort of before the splits
03:34 or certainly mathematically a couple of games into it.
03:36 I think we could potentially see it go down
03:38 to the second, third, last game.
03:40 Maybe even the last game of the season
03:42 would be really exciting.
03:44 Get another helicopter Sunday,
03:46 which we haven't had in a while.
03:47 That'd be absolutely brilliant.
03:49 'Cause I think that's one of the best things
03:51 about Scottish football when it comes around,
03:53 the drama of that.
03:54 And it can be marketed so well.
03:57 It really is like a USP of our game.
04:00 But yeah, so no difference there.
04:03 I think we are both tipping Celtic to win that,
04:07 but hopefully a slightly tighter contest
04:11 might be the race for third place, Lewis.
04:14 Aberdeen finished their last season,
04:17 but I think much like the season before,
04:20 obviously Aberdeen struggled a lot last season
04:23 under Jim Goodwin and then had a great run of form
04:26 under Barry Robson.
04:27 Hearts faltered under Robbie Nielsen.
04:30 Hibs never really managed to get a decent run going
04:33 or when they did, it sort of was abruptly ended
04:35 and then followed up by a poor run.
04:38 I think two seasons ago, Hearts finished third
04:42 by some way by managing to be the least worst team
04:45 out of the bunch.
04:46 Last season, Aberdeen, I think there was an element of luck
04:50 and they were just able to put the best run together
04:53 at a key time.
04:54 Hopefully this season, I think we'll see a team
04:58 be a bit more consistent.
04:59 And I think for me, that team is probably
05:04 going to be Aberdeen, but obviously they are gonna have
05:07 the same issue Hearts had last year.
05:09 They're gonna have the European football to contend with,
05:11 a very busy schedule.
05:13 But Barry Robson has been, Aberdeen have been
05:17 one of the busiest clubs in the division so far.
05:19 A lot of good sign-ins, I think getting Leighton Clarkson
05:22 and Graeme Shinney back, they're gonna have that
05:25 settled midfield and that's gonna be crucial.
05:28 Duke is still here at the time of recording.
05:31 Bojan Majovski is coming back from fitness.
05:33 They've brought in a new striker called Esther Solker
05:36 for an Estonian.
05:37 He's looked pretty good in pre-season,
05:40 albeit against lower league opposition,
05:42 Highland League, League Two sort of opposition.
05:45 But that's another option up front.
05:49 Losing Ross McCrory was a blow, but it seems like
05:52 the Israeli international, Or Dadia,
05:55 is a similar sort of utility option, mainly a right back,
06:00 but I believe he can play right centre back as well
06:02 and potentially even defensive midfield,
06:04 much like Ross McCrory did.
06:06 So I think they've replaced him.
06:08 And I think the recruitment on the face of it
06:11 looks absolutely excellent.
06:12 Nicky Devlin's gonna be a great player in there.
06:14 Really, I think you would back them,
06:18 just given that Hart's in this window so far
06:21 haven't really done that much,
06:23 and given how they sort of tailed off a bit last season,
06:26 and also I have to say,
06:29 it's a shame that we don't have Barry or Craig
06:31 joining us this week, because it would be interesting
06:34 to just find out what the thinking behind this,
06:37 Frankie McEvoy, Stevie Naismith,
06:39 who's the technical director manager,
06:42 no one really knows who's who,
06:43 and Frankie McEvoy has the final say,
06:45 but Stevie Naismith is the head coach,
06:47 but he can't be the head coach
06:49 because he's not got a certain licence,
06:50 and I mean, what's going on there?
06:52 These sort of things can't possibly be filling them
06:55 with confidence, and then Hibs obviously come off the back
06:59 of a terrible result in Europe.
07:02 Hibs fans just aren't settled at the moment.
07:04 Like I said, last season,
07:05 they just couldn't get a run together,
07:07 and when they did, it was then followed,
07:09 it was one good run was followed by a bad run.
07:12 I don't see things changing there.
07:13 I kind of don't think Lee Johnson's gonna make it
07:16 to the second half of the season,
07:18 but if he does, if he can actually get a good run going,
07:22 I do think Hibs, have the squad, much like Hartson,
07:24 they have the squad to challenge for thirds,
07:27 whether they will, really hard to say,
07:29 and I think there's gonna be a good opportunity,
07:33 like I say, with Hartson and Hibs
07:34 sort of being quite tumultuous in Aberdeen,
07:36 having to contend with European football,
07:38 if, for example, a Motherwell or even a St. Johnston,
07:43 maybe not St. Johnston, sorry,
07:46 given how their League Cup campaign's gone,
07:48 maybe like a St. Marin, say,
07:49 you know, there could be a real opportunity here
07:52 for one of these teams to be,
07:54 maybe not finishing third, but challenging for it.
07:57 - Yep, yep.
07:58 - I think Motherwell, based on last season
08:00 and how Stuart Kettlewell was getting them going
08:02 and how they finished off,
08:04 they might be best placed to do it,
08:06 but we'll have to wait and see,
08:07 but right now, I'd still be backing Aberdeen
08:09 for third place.
08:10 What do you think, Lewis?
08:11 - Yeah, I agree with a lot of what you said there, Martin.
08:15 I think Aberdeen are the strongest squad on paper
08:19 out with the old firm at this moment in time.
08:22 I think an interesting point to make was,
08:26 you know, the way Aberdeen did clinch third last season,
08:28 it was very much Hart's is to lose
08:32 on the back of the season that they had,
08:34 and by word of the day,
08:36 they really threw it away towards the end.
08:39 Yeah, so as much as, you know,
08:41 Barry Robson's done a terrific job
08:43 since he was appointed the manager on a permanent basis,
08:48 I still think there was kind of an element of,
08:53 they were slightly fortunate in a way
08:58 to finish where they did last season.
09:01 I think Hibbs and Hart's both, by their standards,
09:05 had a poor campaign on the whole.
09:08 I don't think some of Hart's signings last year
09:10 in particular made the type of impact
09:11 the fans were hoping for,
09:13 namely, Garan Cuellar from Newcastle,
09:16 I thought he kind of really flattered to deceive.
09:18 I know he scored at Ibrox
09:20 in the penultimate game of the season,
09:22 but I was disappointed with Hart's,
09:26 and, you know, I kind of really thought,
09:29 like Barry said a couple of weeks ago,
09:31 that they would have gone
09:32 for a slightly more experienced coach.
09:34 I know Nae Smith is well-respected
09:36 within the coaching sphere,
09:39 but I thought it was a bit of a strange appointment
09:41 for a club of their stature.
09:43 I thought they would have gone
09:44 with someone a bit more experienced,
09:46 and it'll be interesting to see how that pans out.
09:49 I think Hart's, you know, hugely concerned
09:53 in the lack of transfer activity.
09:55 I know in the last week or so,
09:56 they've done a couple of bits of business,
09:58 namely getting the German midfielder in,
10:01 Caelan Uhenhoff, who I think fans are intrigued
10:04 to see what he can bring to the team.
10:07 And certainly for spells against Leeds United yesterday,
10:12 they competed really, really well
10:14 against, you know, top championship opposition.
10:16 So Hart's look like they're in a decent shape
10:20 going into the new season.
10:21 Hibbs, of course, as you mentioned,
10:23 that horrendous result in Andorra on Thursday night,
10:25 it was embarrassing, there's no two ways about it.
10:28 And I still expect Hibbs to get through that Easter road
10:32 and the return leg later this week.
10:34 But yeah, you know, that doesn't bode well.
10:38 I know it was kind of a couple of big errors
10:41 from David Marshall, he was stripped of the captaincy.
10:44 Another slightly bizarre thing
10:47 that Lee Johnson's decided to make
10:50 right at the start of the season.
10:51 I know Paul Hamlin's a very experienced figure,
10:53 but I know Hibbs fans had other choices
10:56 to fill that vacancy.
10:58 So yeah, early signs for Hibbs haven't been positive.
11:01 And you're right, I think it could present another club
11:05 with an opportunity to kind of really be in the mix
11:07 for a European spot next season.
11:10 Obviously, St Mirren got that final top six spot,
11:14 but were unable to kind of sustain it
11:16 after the post-split fixtures.
11:18 But yeah, at this moment in time,
11:20 I think Aberdeen, they'll be strong favourites
11:23 to clinch third place.
11:26 - Yeah, well, since I touched on it there,
11:29 we're also gonna, a team we think maybe
11:31 could exceed expectations this season.
11:33 For me, that's Motherwell.
11:35 Like I say, I think Stuart Kettlewell
11:36 did an excellent job there last season,
11:39 and there'll be a real opportunity for them to kick on.
11:42 I mean, obviously we'll have to consider
11:43 the loss Kevin Van Veen, and that's a lot of goals.
11:46 You're not gonna replace that in the team easily,
11:49 but if they can be consistent,
11:51 if they can frustrate teams away from home,
11:53 if they can turn Furr Park back
11:55 into a really difficult place to go,
11:57 I would expect them, potentially, I think,
12:00 if you take away Celtic Rangers, Aberdeen Hearts and Hibs,
12:03 they're probably in the best position to get sixth place,
12:07 to get that last top six spot anyway.
12:10 I do think they have the opportunity to push on
12:13 and maybe go one better, but I think, as ever,
12:15 with these things, we'll have to wait and see.
12:17 But I mean, what do you think, Lewis?
12:18 Is there any one of those teams that so far
12:20 maybe caught your eye a bit and think,
12:22 oh, you know, watch out for them, eh?
12:25 - Positive signs from Dundee, actually.
12:27 I think it's, you know, a lot of people have them down
12:31 as relegation contenders again, which is unsurprising
12:35 given that they've been a kind of real yo-yo club
12:37 for the last two decades, really.
12:40 I've been really impressed.
12:43 I like the appointment of Tony Daugherty as manager,
12:45 of course, a trusted lieutenant of Derek McInnes
12:48 as assistant for numerous years.
12:52 I think a good opportunity to kind of really show himself
12:55 as his own man.
12:57 And I've been impressed with the signings that they've made.
12:59 I think they've made some, you know,
13:01 proper solid premiership additions.
13:04 I like Joe Shaughnessy bringing guys of his experience
13:07 and will bode well.
13:09 And they've managed to retain the bulk
13:11 of that championship winning squad from last season.
13:13 And a couple of results in pre-season
13:15 I thought were particularly good.
13:17 I know they beat Fleetwood Town,
13:18 of course, managed by Scott Brown.
13:21 And they fared fairly well in their trip of Ireland.
13:26 So I think they have an outside chance
13:29 of certainly pushing for a top six finish.
13:31 I think St Mirren will be in the mix again.
13:35 However, it's just a case of squad depth on their behalf.
13:39 You know, the funds to bring in new players
13:42 aren't exactly free flowing for Stephen Robinson.
13:46 And they punched above their weight last season
13:49 on the back of a disappointing League Cup exit.
13:53 So, and Motherwell, I agree.
13:56 I think they're the three teams to watch this season.
13:59 I think they will be the three certainly pushing
14:01 to be in among the European spots.
14:04 - I mean, you know, everything you said made sense
14:07 about Dundee, about Tony Docherty,
14:09 about the signings they made.
14:10 I do think they've recruited well
14:11 and they've kept, you know, a good squad together
14:14 from last season.
14:14 But it's a brave man that backs Dundee
14:16 to do anything loose.
14:17 I mean, we've said it before on this show,
14:21 they're not to be trusted.
14:22 I mean, if we've got any English fans watching out there,
14:26 it's that they're like the Tottenham Hotspur
14:27 of Scottish football, if you like.
14:28 They're just, you can't trust them to do anything.
14:33 Just things will inevitably, for some reason,
14:36 just go tits up at that club.
14:38 I hope it doesn't because it's a good club,
14:40 a good fan base, a good side.
14:42 And I want them to exceed expectations,
14:45 but I would never trust them to do it.
14:48 But, so just finishing up with the teams we think
14:51 are probably going to be fighting relegation,
14:53 who we're tipping to go down.
14:55 I'll tie this in with my sort of,
14:57 who I think might, you know,
14:59 struggle this season, who've been done better.
15:02 You can't ignore how bad St. Johnston's
15:04 League Cup group stage has been.
15:06 It really has been a travesty
15:08 and it's got to be set and alarm bells ringing.
15:11 You know, I've liked the recruitment as well.
15:14 Some of the players have brought in.
15:16 I liked the signing of Luke Jeffcott,
15:18 like I said, a couple of weeks ago.
15:20 But yeah, we're going to have to see.
15:22 They are really, if they don't hit the ground running
15:25 in the league, and obviously they'll have to go
15:28 to Tyne Castle on opening day of the season,
15:29 which isn't ideal, but if they don't hit the ground running,
15:32 I think they're going to struggle.
15:33 I don't, you know, I could see them finishing bottom.
15:38 I also, you know, Livingston haven't filled me
15:41 with a lot of confidence, but then again,
15:43 I trust Davey Martindale to, you know, keep them safe.
15:48 He's just one of these guys,
15:49 like almost like what St. Johnston were a few seasons ago.
15:53 You just kind of feel like they're going to be fine.
15:56 Like they can afford bad patches
15:58 because they'll just have enough about them.
16:02 So I think it's again, Dundee,
16:04 who knows that could go anywhere.
16:06 For me, I think it's going to be
16:08 between St. Johnston and Ross County this season.
16:11 And I think St. Johnston's best hope right now
16:15 would be for Ross County to sort of falter.
16:19 But I mean, I wouldn't bet on that.
16:22 You know, I think Ross County are a decent side.
16:26 A lot of teams are going to struggle going up there
16:28 this season, like as they often do.
16:30 They'll pick up results when they need to.
16:32 Yeah, I think the Perth Saints are,
16:34 there's a lot to worry about there.
16:36 What do you think?
16:37 - The three clubs you've just mentioned,
16:39 I think it's a straight shootout between the three of them.
16:41 I think Livingston, Ross County and St. Johnston.
16:44 I think Cormarnock will probably be okay this season
16:47 under Derek McInnes.
16:48 I think they won't certainly be dragged
16:52 into the kind of situation they were in last year.
16:54 And likewise with Dundee,
16:56 I really think Dundee might be okay.
16:59 I don't think they'll be in dreaded relegation
17:02 contention this time around.
17:05 I think for me, it's St. Johnston.
17:09 - You're right in what you say.
17:10 I think the appointment of Stephen McLean,
17:13 you know, a bit of a club legend,
17:15 has taken up his first managerial appointment.
17:18 I understood the thinking behind it.
17:21 However, you mentioned the recruitment so far.
17:25 I think he's left a bit late, as St. Johnston often do.
17:28 They have to wait until towards the end of the transfer window
17:32 to bring in players, given that they'll of course
17:35 have other kind of more attractive destinations
17:38 probably ahead of them.
17:40 But I think a young and experienced manager like him
17:43 needs to be getting his business done as early as possible.
17:46 And I'd be slightly concerned by that.
17:49 Ross County, I can't see much improvement
17:52 based on this season, really.
17:53 I think they've done well to keep hold of Jan Danda.
17:56 And they have made a couple of good additions,
17:58 bringing Josh Reid back to the club.
18:00 Of course, an academy graduate.
18:02 So I think I can see them still being down in the mix,
18:06 but I think it will be between the three.
18:09 I think Livingstone are due a poor season.
18:12 They punched well above their weight under Martindale.
18:15 But I think a lot of clubs are beginning to suss out
18:19 the way he likes to play and not convinced
18:22 by their summer recruitment so far.
18:25 So I think St. Johnston, for me, favourites to go down.
18:27 So for this third and final part of the show,
18:32 or second part, if you like,
18:33 we're going to be joined by our colleague,
18:35 Will Rooney from Liverpool World.
18:36 Will, thank you very much for joining us today.
18:40 Your first appearance on the talk.
18:42 Indeed, yeah.
18:44 I'm looking forward to it.
18:46 I had plenty of chat with you about Ben Dome.
18:49 Is this allowed, Lewis,
18:51 are we allowed English people on this show, do you think?
18:54 I will be fine.
18:55 I'm very privileged to be here.
18:58 I'm an avid watcher of Steel Games,
19:00 so I feel I can pass on this one.
19:02 So for the viewers,
19:06 the reason Will is here is we're going to be talking
19:08 about Ben Dome,
19:09 who's obviously one of the most exciting young prospects
19:11 in Scottish football,
19:13 one of the most exciting young prospects our game
19:15 has produced in quite some time.
19:18 Look, we've gotten ahead of ourselves before, Lewis.
19:21 You know, several players spring to mind.
19:23 Let's Barry Bannon's a great example of someone
19:25 we had high hopes for that didn't quite hit the heights
19:27 and he's just one of many.
19:29 But so he's obviously, just to break it down,
19:32 he's been playing fairly regularly for Liverpool
19:35 during pre-season by the looks of it.
19:36 He scored his first goal in a 4-0 win against Leicester City
19:41 in Singapore.
19:42 He's still only 17,
19:44 but he did manage five appearances
19:45 for Liverpool last season.
19:47 Will, how much have you seen of him and just, you know,
19:50 how excited can Scotland fans be for the future?
19:53 Yeah, I've seen a fair bit of him, to be honest with you.
19:56 And I think he's definitely surpassed expectations so far.
20:01 I mean, he's surpassed expectations
20:03 within his first few months.
20:05 Obviously, he'd come from shelter
20:07 and he was first with the under-18s
20:09 because he was only 16
20:10 and you thought, well, start him off with the under-18s.
20:12 He was a lecturer.
20:13 You move him up to the under-21s
20:15 and it was just as easy for him.
20:17 And then he's all of a sudden around JĂĽrgen Klopp's first team
20:19 and his debut, you know, in his side professional terms
20:24 when he turned 17,
20:25 that's when you're only allowed to.
20:27 Liverpool snapped him off as soon as he could.
20:29 And then, yeah, he made his debut off the bench
20:32 against Derby in the Cowboy Cup.
20:33 And, you know, everyone's heard so much about him.
20:36 You just left mesmerised in that cameo off the bench.
20:40 And there have been a couple of moments,
20:42 I think there was one moment against Aston Villa,
20:45 a boxing day where he just skipped past Lucas Dean.
20:48 Like, he wasn't there in a lot of France international,
20:51 he was skipping past.
20:53 I think last season, yeah, in all competitions,
20:56 like 12 goals, 8 assists,
20:59 that's under-18, under-19, under-21 level,
21:03 which is superb returns, you say,
21:04 for someone who isn't even 18 yet.
21:07 And this pre-season, you expect him to feature prominently.
21:12 And every time he's played,
21:13 Liverpool fans want to see him.
21:16 He just gets you off your seat.
21:17 He's fearless.
21:19 He just, as I say, he just wants to beat defenders.
21:24 He wants to go at them, run at them, take them on.
21:27 End product is lacking at the minute,
21:30 but that's understandable, that will come.
21:32 What is there so far?
21:34 You can't help but be excited.
21:36 I'm sure a lot of Scotland fans are really intrigued
21:38 to see how he's developed at Liverpool this season
21:41 and whether he goes into maybe the senior squad
21:44 at some point.
21:46 - Does he fit into that Liverpool system quite well?
21:49 Because obviously he's more of an out-and-out winger,
21:51 but would he be sort of interchangeable with players
21:54 like maybe Salah and Luis Diaz, if need be?
21:57 I know they're traditionally more like wide forwards
22:00 than traditional wingers.
22:01 And obviously he's not at the standard
22:03 of those types of players yet, certainly not Salah.
22:05 Maybe one day, hopefully, but yeah,
22:07 can he slot into the sort of formation there
22:10 quite easily when needed?
22:12 - Yeah, definitely.
22:12 That's what he's been doing pre-season,
22:14 been playing on that right-hand side,
22:15 coming on for Mo Salah.
22:17 And yeah, he's a little bit different to Salah.
22:20 Maybe Salah doesn't beat as many players.
22:24 He maybe looks to get in behind a little bit more,
22:26 and sort of run on to balls rather than just wants
22:30 to pick it up and go up and wing it.
22:31 So Liverpool have got two good options there, as you say.
22:34 It's going to be difficult for them, with Mo Salah,
22:36 to get any real game time this season, you know,
22:40 substantially, because Salah is very durable as well.
22:43 He doesn't even pick up injuries,
22:44 so there's another chance there.
22:45 It'd be interesting to see if Jadon Clough might play him
22:48 on the left wing at times, as you say.
22:50 You've got Lewis Dias, you've got Dara Wanounes,
22:52 players there, Diogo Dutta and Kody Gafpo.
22:55 So probably not going to be too many opportunities there.
22:58 But certainly with Liverpool in the Europa League,
23:01 in the early stage, in the under-group stage,
23:04 Liverpool in the Champions League,
23:06 of course, they get through to the Champions League,
23:08 you will play the strongest team,
23:09 because it is so difficult to get off the group.
23:11 But in the Europa League, it is a little bit different.
23:14 And you imagine Jadon Clough is going to give some of his
23:17 fringe players a chance.
23:19 And yes, there's no real other chances.
23:21 There's Harvey Ellis, who can play on the right as well,
23:24 the right wing, but I'm not fully convinced he's a winger himself.
23:27 So there might be some big chances for Dope in Europe.
23:31 But listen, thank you very much for joining us.
23:33 Well, that was really insightful.
23:35 And I'm sure, like Liverpool fans, much like Scotland fans,
23:38 will be hoping we see a lot more of Ben Doke this season.
23:41 But that's all we've got time for on this week's show.
23:44 Thanks as always to Lewis.
23:45 Thanks to Will for joining us.
23:47 We'll be back again next week with more Scottish FIBA talk.
