00:26 The flood water levels in the area of Dagupan are still rising,

00:30 even in the areas that are near the city,

00:32 because of the intense rain that is happening.

00:35 The barangay officials conducted a rescue operation

00:42 on the residents who were rescued in the barangay Maluod, Dagupan City.

00:46 We are still going around the sites because it is really deep.

00:51 We are still saying that we will not get tired because that is our job.

00:56 We are avoiding casualties.

00:58 So we are continuing to monitor.

01:01 We will rescue the residents in Santa Barbara

01:04 because it is already flooded in Zone 2.

01:08 Almost all roads are flooded.

01:10 Because of the high flood level, residents in Barangay Lasip are already resorting.

01:43 the water level in Marusay River has already exceeded the critical level.

01:58 That is why our team is already following them to transfer them to our evacuation center.

02:05 Yesterday, the flood level in the area started to rise because of the heavy rain.
