00:11 Tropical Cyclone Wind has now risen to 3 on the northeastern portion of Cagayan and the extreme portion of Isabela.

00:19 Signal No. 2 has also risen to 3 on the eastern portion of Isabela and Cagayan and also on the northern portion of Aurora.

00:26 Meanwhile, Signal No. 1 has risen to Batanes, several parts of Cagayan, other than Babayan Islands, northern and central portion of Aurora,

00:34 province of Quirino, other parts of Isabela, provinces of Apayao, Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Calinga.

00:42 Signal No. 1 has also risen to Abra, also the eastern portion of Ilocos Norte, Pulillo Islands, eastern portion of Benguet and Nueva Ecija,

00:50 including Calaguas Islands.

00:53 The last to be hit by the typhoon Guring, 145 kilometers east-northeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, is now moving to the south.

01:02 Based on the forecast track of the storm, the storm will move to the southeast tomorrow and to the east-northeast on Monday.
