00:00 The mental burden. Yes, that's a recurring problem for everyone.
00:05 I was thinking of women, especially with their to-do list, who take care of the family,
00:10 children, their job, being a good wife, being perfect,
00:15 but there are also men, who are very pressured,
00:18 under pressure from performance, and therefore a big mental burden.
00:21 I would say, a little bit, a welcomer already.
00:26 I think, there are periods in my life when there is a lot to do.
00:31 And that's true, that's reality.
00:33 So we're not going to do like, "Oh no!"
00:35 So do with what you have, what you have.
00:38 Then there are the principles of time management,
00:40 which are to be structured, disciplined, everything that is management of priorities,
00:44 what is the most important for me, the to-do list,
00:47 so that's structure, to bring a little structure.
00:50 Then, a little two, I think what will help is to make an alternation
00:54 between activation times of tasks, and then in a second time,
01:00 alternate, as they do at school, between recreation times and activity times.
01:06 And so, leisure time, resourcing time,
01:10 but a resourcing, it really has to be experienced as a time that does us good.
01:14 Because we can say, "Oh yes, so I'm going to do some shooting,
01:17 by getting out of work, "it's experienced as another performance.
01:21 So it's not going to help, it's not a real resource.
01:25 Recreation times, it must really be times where I'm in contact with my needs and my desires,
01:31 and it really does me good, it feeds me to do that.
01:33 And I'm going to feel it, how I'm going to feel it,
01:35 because my body is going to tell me that it does me good.
01:38 It's not the idea that I'm doing only,
01:40 it's because my body is really going to let me know that this is a real resource.
01:46 Because it follows the intrinsic biological rhythms of the individual,
01:49 which are times, as we see in breathing, inhale, exhale.
01:53 We can't always be in inhale, otherwise we're in apnea.
01:56 So there is inspiration, activation times,
01:58 I generate Matutuise tasks and moments where I really exhale.
02:04 I relax, I take time for myself, even silence,
02:08 things that really resource me, relax me.
02:11 So you have to find this balance between thought and the sensory world,
02:17 which is the world of the five senses.
02:20 First, go back to yourself and ask yourself,
02:23 "What would I want now? What would do me good if everything was possible?"
02:29 That's the question.
02:30 "And if everything was possible, even if I'm at work, I'm in Reunion, I'm at the supermarket,
02:34 what would do me good if everything was possible?"
