00:00 [News Anchor] Some provinces in the country were flooded due to the heavy rain and heavy wind. Here is the first news.

00:13 [News Anchor] Gradually, residents of Siksikan Barangay in Puerto Princesa, Palawan were flooded.

00:18 Some of them were carrying small children and pets.

00:21 In Barangay Bakungan, some residents were evacuated by the Philippine Coast Guard.

00:25 According to the Puerto Princesa Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, water was flowing from some rivers due to the heavy rain that started yesterday.

00:34 More than 300 families were evacuated to the city.

00:39 In the western part of Mindoro, the Philippine Coast Guard captured some residents trapped in their houses that were submerged in the flood.

00:46 In the town of San Jose, there were also floods in Barangay Bagong Sika, Barangay Batasan, Barangay Murta, and Barangay Kamburay.

00:54 In Barangay Monte Claro, the crops of corn and peanuts were submerged in the flood after the Busuanga River overflowed.

01:01 In Bacolod City, the Bureau of Fire Protection captured some residents of Barangay Pahanokoy who were trapped in the heavy rain.

01:08 In Raneta Avenue, some cars were hit by the flood.

01:15 It also rained and flooded the city because of the heavy wind and the strong storm.

01:20 In Picawayan, the residents helped push the cars to avoid the heavy rain.

01:26 Houses were swept away by the side of the road.

01:29 In the town of Makilala, the trees fell and some barongs were broken by the strong wind.

01:34 The trees fell for six hours and the power was cut off.
