House prices holding up in parts of Australia

Despite the steepest rise in interest rates in history house prices are holding up and rising strongly in some parts of the country. Migrants, retirees and first home buyers drawing on the 'bank of mum and dad' are doing most of the bidding and they're increasingly buying with cash outright.
