00:19 Just cuddly, affectionate, just so happy to see people.
00:22 You know, she didn't bark too much, she was just happy to be there really.
00:26 It was just beautiful, very chill.

00:36 What made you go searching at the pound?
00:38 Well, we weren't even 100% we were going to get a dog.
00:41 We were just, we really missed having a dog, so we thought,
00:43 why don't we just go see some of the dogs there?
00:45 And we just fell in love with her and we just knew she was the one we had to get her.

00:57 We love to kick around with a soccer ball.
00:59 We've been keeping up with the World Cup, watching the Matildas.
01:02 Like to go for a little walk, just play with our toys, throw a tennis ball around.
01:06 Yeah.

01:16 So, Arrow was in for almost 300 days, so she was the longest term and last dog
01:22 to obviously leave the facility into her great forever home.
01:26 We don't, there's no time limits on any dog that we have in the facility.
01:29 So, if it's assessed and it's deemed suitable to be rehomed,
01:33 we keep them for as long as they're up for adoption and try to find them their forever home.
01:38 So, pound dogs, there's absolutely nothing wrong with them.
01:40 They're just as good as any other dog that you can get from any other place.
01:44 These are dogs just looking for a second chance.
01:47 They are super sweet, they're affectionate, as you can see from Arrow.
01:51 She's the sweetest girl that sat, you know, waiting like a champion to find a forever home,
01:56 but she found it in the end.
01:57 It goes to show and it gives hope to a lot more dogs that the 27 we have up for adoption
02:02 that are waiting for theirs too.

02:08 It feels amazing to see her in her brand new home,
02:12 showing that obviously she went to the right place.
02:15 She settled in extremely well.
02:17 Was a little bit worried that she might take a little while to settle in,
02:21 as she was with us for almost, well, eight months or so.
02:25 But, you know, within 11 days, she's turned a massive corner with this beautiful family.
