Northern Taiwan Streets Empty for Air Raid Drill

Taiwan's annual Wan An air raid drills started Monday in the north of the country. During the 30-minute drill, people outside of their homes were expected to exit their vehicles to seek shelter or to shelter in place until the it ended.
