01:25 that has the picture of Mayor Jeannie Sandoval in another public school in Malabon.
01:29 In an article, Malabon LGU said that their certificate of recognition
01:34 is not a graduation certificate issued by the Department of Education.
01:38 The certificate from Mayor Jeannie Sandoval is a recognition of the hard work of the children and their families.
01:45 The Administration of Sandoval monitors the performance of the children
01:51 to ensure that the education they receive from public schools is of high quality
01:55 and to show that the money paid by the residents of Malabon is being invested in education.
02:00 According to DepEd spokesperson, Atty. Michael Pua,
02:03 the Regional Director and School Superintendent assured that the certificate of recognition of Malabon
02:08 is different from the Certificates of Completion of Government
02:12 and that it is just a recognition of the LGU to the students of the city.
