A very tragic event unfolded in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki on Friday morning, where a man committed an unimaginable, disturbing act by beheading his own sister at his residence. The man, identified as 24-year-old Mohammed Riyaz, was reportedly upset about his 19-year-old sister's relationship with a local man. This horrifying act of violence shocked the community and gained widespread attention after a video of Riyaz calmly walking down the road with his sister's severed head went viral.

According to the report of the india express, The police swiftly responded to a distressed call at Friday noon, alerting them that a man was seen carrying the decapitated head of a woman along a road in Mithwara village. Upon arrival, the police apprehended Riyaz and took him into custody. Subsequently, another police team was dispatched to Riyaz's home, where they tragically discovered the remaining part of his sister's body.

Circle Officer Raghuvir Singh of Barabanki shed light on the motive behind this horrific act. During interrogation, Riyaz confessed that he was deeply disturbed by his sister's relationship and felt compelled to take this gruesome action. The fateful confrontation occurred at approximately 11:30 am that day when Riyaz engaged in a heated argument with his sister over her refusal to end the relationship. Unfortunately, no other family members were present at the time of the incident. Out of anger and frustration, Riyaz left the scene briefly only to return with an axe, using it to attack his sister while she was standing outside their home.

The FIR against Riyaz was lodged by his father, Abdul Raseed, who is a farmer. This shocking incident has left the entire community in mourning and disbelief.
