00:00 The fishing vessel that sailed with the country on the Mamburao Occidental Mindoro on Monday was closed by the authorities.
00:07 The Philippine Coast Guard Occidental Mindoro was alerted to the possible leak of oil.
00:12 It has been anchored for almost four months because it is still lacking in documents to be released.
00:18 The captain is also trying to get the ship's engine to work but it was stopped due to the strong wind.
