Govt launches employment program for communities

Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Acting Chairman Romando Artes and Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma sign a memorandum of agreement (MoA) launching the government's TUPAD program in Pasig City on Friday, July 21, 2023. The project provides jobs that will keep communities clean. The first batch of hirees will be deployed as public school and sewerage cleaners in Metro Manila.
