00:09 It's a bit discourting when you're actually walking around and it's actually doing this in this year.

00:18 Obviously you can't legally do that, I don't think anyone writes that.

00:21 So obviously you've got to consider that.

00:23 Begging will continue, it will never go away.

00:25 It's been going for years.

00:27 And the other thing that's been going for years, you won't get rid of that.

00:30 Antisocial behaviour, you'll never get rid of that.

00:33 But obviously there is a problem with Sheffield city centre when people are begging all the time.

00:37 It's annoying because you get one, then you go past a street, another shop, another one's begging.

00:42 And most of them have actually got places to live.

00:44 They just share each other's pockets.

00:51 Difficulty with parking.

00:54 Every time I come to Sheffield I always have a problem if I come in the car parking.

01:09 Services, the trains, the buses, everything seems to be more difficult to access these days.

01:22 The fact that everything's shut at the moment and the transport routes aren't very good.

01:27 Is that shut in terms of the road works and things like that?

01:29 Yeah and then just shops aren't open as they used to.

01:33 There's just not as much going on really.

01:36 Could you tell me what puts you off coming into Sheffield city centre?

01:40 Well it doesn't exactly put us off but there's an awful lot of building works going on.

01:45 And there's also, because my husband's disabled, we're not sure of the parking.

01:51 So we always do a park and ride and we come from over the county line, we're in Derbyshire.

01:59 This actually is the first time we've been really exploring the city centre as such.

02:05 Yeah we have been here before haven't we, to the cathedral, yeah in the area there.
