00:25 Generally, healthcare professionals are really happy to talk about why they're making certain recommendations
00:31 or the research behind those recommendations.

00:41 And there's nothing wrong with asking a second opinion either.
00:44 And we're also really aware that knowledge is power and it's really important that you make an informed choice.
