بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيم
إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ
وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا

Urdu:
بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیمِ
جب اللہ کی مدد آئے گی اور فتح حاصل ہوگی
اور تم لوگوں کو خدا کی دین میں بڑی جماعتوں میں داخل ہوتے دیکھو گے
تو اپنے رب کی تسبیح کرتے رہ اور اس سے مغفرت مانگو کیونکہ وہ توبہ قبول کرنے والا ہے۔

English translation:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest,
And you see the people entering into the religion of Allah in multitudes,
Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of repentance.
