HEALTHY KIWI LADDU

Ingredients
Almond- 1 cup
Cashews- 1 cup
Dehydrated kiwi- 200gm
Honey- 2tbsp
Coconut Powder for coating

METHOD
Dry roast almonds. And cashew over medium lightly, keep aside. Cut the dehydrated kiwi’s to small pieces, keep aside. Grind almond and cashew in a electric chopper, then add kiwi’s and grind them once again, you can also grind the ingredients in a normal grinder in pulse mode, so that you get the same texture of that a chopper. Now add this mixture in a bowl and add honey and mix them all properly and make it a soft dough. Now take bite size of this mixture and give a laddu shape and coat them in dry coconut powder properly and place it a plate. Healthy kiwi laddu is ready. Enjoy these healthy sugar free sweet this festive season. Everyone will like it.
