Dead Rising 4 Death Touch Glitch

this glitch happens to me randomly whenever I use certain weapons and gives the weapons unlimited durability. Whenever I touch enemies while this glitch is happening, they instantly die. I DID NOT ATTACK ANY OF THE ZOMBIES IN THIS CLIP, I JUST WALKED AGAINST THEM
